Normal Flow of Events:

1.        Total cost for operation completed is calculated.

2.        Quantity of order is obtained.

3.        Quantity shipped is obtained.

4.        On floor inventory is calculated by subtracting shipped quantity from order quantity.

5.        Per unit cost is calculated by dividing cost by quantity of order.

6.        Inventory value calculated by multiplying on floor inventory by per unit cost.

7.        Reiterate steps 1 through 6 for each operation.
